* Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
* Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to:

* Provide accurate information and contact details.
* Upload clear and appropriate reference photos.
* Ensure you have permission to use any photos or content submitted.
* Review all customization details before confirming your order.

Prezo3D is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Personalized Products

All products are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

* Minor differences in color, finish, texture, and appearance may occur.
* Final products may vary slightly from digital previews, renders, or sample images.
* Such variations are not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting photos, images, or other content to Prezo3D, you confirm that:

* You own the content or have permission to use it.
* The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.

You grant Prezo3D permission to use the submitted content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your order.

6. Promotional Use

Unless requested otherwise by the customer, Prezo3D may use photographs, renders, or videos of completed products for marketing, social media, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

If you do not wish your product to be displayed publicly, please contact us before production begins.

7. Prohibited Content

Prezo3D reserves the right to reject orders containing:

* Illegal content
* Copyright-infringing material
* Hate speech or discriminatory content
* Explicit adult content
* Offensive or harmful material

Any rejected order may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
* Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, holidays, or other external factors are beyond our control.
* Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom-made products may not be eligible for return or refund except in cases of verified defects, damage, or errors caused by Prezo3D.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prezo3D shall not be liable for:
